This week: Toxicity. There is no doubt that we live in a toxic environment. From what’s sprayed on our food, to what’s in our air and water, to what we wear, sit on, or drive in… Our body is not designed to deal with plastics and chemicals that did not exist 200 years ago.

If your body was an aquarium, is it better to clean, replace, and filter the water, OR dump a bunch of chemicals in? I think we can agree, the fish wouldn’t last long in a sterile, chemical concoction!

So there are solutions to this deadly threat to our health… and we will share how you can refresh your inner aquarium without killing all the good stuff in it with side effect-laden drugs!
